Vintage..English Designer HARDY AMIES Mens Suit..Grey Pinstripe..Excellent Condition

PLEASE NOTE: The true color of the suit and the pattern does not come out in the photos. The fabric is a dark gray with continuous narrow pale gray broken stripes. The lining is a light gray. The colour is very rich in person!

The first one that I am listing is a single breasted..2 button jacket and 4 buttons on each sleeve. The buttons are quality plastic shaded gray in colour. There are 2 pockets on the outer side and 3 inner pockets. The lining of the jacket is a lighter gray. The lining of the jacket and pockets are in excellent condition. This suit was gently worn and well cared for that is why I purchased it for my shop.

The suit appears to be a wool with a soft hand. The wool has a tiny light gray stripped pattern of pale gray broken stripes.It gives the appearance of heather. I could also describe it as a variation of a chalk stripe. I do not know how well my camera will pick up the weave.

The pants feature a side slit pocket on each side of the front and also a pocket on each side in the back. One of the back pockets has a button hole and button, the other is plain. The pocket lining in all pockets are in excellent condition.

The suit jacket measures: 37" under arm; 30" long from back of neck; 24" sleeves.

The suit pants measure: 34" waist; 39" long...and a 2" hem on the cuff. The cuff is 18" wide.

I will continue to look out for quality men's suits in my travels.
