I just had to buy this vinyl covered fabric raincoat that was made and designed in PARIS France for my shop BECAUSE it had a felt portrait of a young girl in the inside facing out. I saw her head peeking out of the inside of the coat from the notched collar. The raincoat seems to be a vinyl coated fabric..which is lined with beige taffeta. It is soft to the feel. The coat is semi-fitted..has snap closure..and slash pockets. It is in excellent vintage condition. There is no size indicated on the raincoat but here are the measurements:

CONDITION: Excellent Vintage Condition. There are no stains, holes, tears.snags, or odor. The vinyl has the original dull shine. I LOVE the felt girl LOOKING out! I also LOVE the coat because it is semi-fitted!
