Vintage Men's Camel Color Military Style Coat By Daks London For Barney's New York

Double breasted Camel color Virgin Wool [Woolmark] MILITARY style coat by DAKS of London for BARNEY'S New York.

The history of DAKS began when Simon Simpson began a bespoken tailoring factory in East London supplying high end men's clothing stores. The name DAKS was derived from the words "Dad" and "slaAKS". The House, along with Burberry, is recognized as one of the leading British contemporary classic brands and holds 3 Royal Warrants.

This outstanding vintage double-breasted darker brown toned camel color military style winter coat / top coat is in excellent vintage condition. The 100% virgin wool is buttery soft and feels like cashmere. It features epaulets, flap pockets, 17" back vent and woven leather buttons including 2 each on the cuffs. It has been worn and very well cared for. The camel satin lining is also in excellent vintage condition. One leather button has a tiny bit of white showing which can easily be fixed by using a brown marker. This item has not been dry cleaned as most of the clothing that is featured in my shop.
