The author went by the name of ALI-BAB....but his real name is Henri Babinski.

French Encyclopedia of Cooking pages are in very good clean condition without stains or tears. The yellow hard cloth cover is stained..as pictures..and shows wear. When the book is closed there is staining on the pages...as photos. If you speak French this is a excellent book for your Cook Book Library!

The dimensions are 11" tall x 8" wide x 3" deep.
