1950's DOLL HOUSE..Wolverine..#805..Tin Litho..Excellent Condition

This Tin Litho DOLL HOUSE is by Wolverine made in 1950 and is ready move-in-condition. No painting touch-ups and not repairs necessary since this house is in EXCELLENT condition. The floors are shiny bright without scratches or rust. The walls are perfect. The roof is without dents or scratches. The windows are in excellent original condition. There is a small amount of light rust on the base [bottom] of this doll house. There is a small amount of scratches on the out side of the doll house where the red shingles are. There is no roof chimney nor a front door. Both of these items are not noticeable. When you look at the house from the front, it looks normal and quite inviting.....

The Wolverine Tin litho Doll House was made by a Division of Sprang Industries in Bonneville, Arkansas.
