Designer..Joan McGee Hand Loomed Sweater Coat...Wool / Silk / Mohair...Excellent Condition

Says JOAN MCGEE..."This is my passion, I am always designing beautiful, unique cloth and clothing with delicate European materials." Joan McGee along with her husband Dan, looms, weaves, paints, and pleats their own magnificent fabrics, many of which she creates into unique creations and markets to customers internationally.

This is a HAND LOOMED Sweater Coat with side slash pockets and ribbed knitted cuffs. There was no fiber identification in the sweater. It looks like it is a combination of wool, mohair and maybe silk. The ground of the fabric is a tweed with a wide spaced muted stripe; vertical on sleeves and horizontal front and back. The muted stripes are coral, power blue; rust.

I estimate that this would retail between $1,500.00 to $2,000
