This book is plum full of the greatest collection of recipes you could ever want. The recipes are easy to follow and I can't find a one that isn't delicious. The authors call it a "down home to elegant gourmet" and I would say that isn't far from the truth. This is the second printing from 1984 and is autographed with the 2 people who put this cook book together (Janel Franklin and Sue Vaughn). Overall condition is very good. There are 11 sections – Party Food/Beverages, Breakfast/Brunch, Breads, Soups/Sandwich, Salads, Main Dishes, Tex-Mex, Vegetables, Cakes/Pies, Desserts, and Potpourri.
