Purple Blue Feather Turban 1960's Hat

Love the look of this sophisticated hat with its turban crown and full blue purple and green feathered brim . The crown circumference is measures 21" and height of crown is approximately 5". There are two combs on inside and is a "Cecile Original – New York". It is in good condition with a little bit of makeup ware on inside of sweat band.
