Clay County Minnesota Centennial Ceramic Plate

Made in 1972 to commemorate the 100 year (centennial) Clay County in Minnesota. There are several vignettes on this plate. To name a few – Pioneer Home in Glyndon, Looking North from Mill in Moorhead, Steamboat Landing Looking South, Hawley in potato season, School house in Keene Township – 1893, Looking North from Northern Pacific Bridge and Looking west from elevator, Fargo, North Dakota in distance. On the back of plate it says “Historical Information Courtesy of Dr. Hiram M. Drache Author of “The Challenge of the Prairie” and “The Day of Bonanza”. A production of Donjon Treasure Plates.
