Vintage Velvet Hand Made One Piece Ensemble Circa 1970s

This is one spectacular outfit! It's from my own collection that I've kept for years just waiting for that special doll. I now need room so it's time to sell. This gown was all hand made and made very well. A tag inside reads "Ninie's Doll Fashions". The gown measures 24" from shoulder to hem line, 8 1/4" from under arm to under arm with a waist of 7 1/2" laying flat. The sleeve length is 9" long and 2 1/4" wide when laying flat. There is a satin mauve printed underskirt with matching mauve ruffles around the collar, hem line, wrist down the front of the bodice and over skirt The darker velvet mauve overskirt is made in such a way that you can pull up the sides or leave them lower. The overskirt has a large bow with extended box tails. The gown has very full upper sleeves with tapered lower sleeve. The back and front bodice is dart fitted. The gown closes in back with three tiny hidden snaps. A snap also holds the bow in place. The sleeves snaps at the wrist for easy off/on giving you the ability to fit a larger doll hand through the wrist. The flowers are pinned on the side, but at the neck the flower is sewn.

Condition: I have gone over this item several times and did not find any problems.
