Antique 8" Mon Tresor Doll Circa 1910

This very rare and hard to find doll was made for the French market and is called a Mon Tresor sometimes called Bebe Mon Tresor. Henry Rostal registered her trademark on June 27, 1914. This little lady is 8" tall, composition body with a bisque ball jointed head. She has painted one stroke brows with upper and lower lashes, big blue stationary eyes, open mouth will full lips showing her teeth. She is inscribed with 8/Mon//Tresor. Her all cotton school dress is handmade and it looks like just for her as it fits her perfectly. Socks are cotton and she wears soft leather shoes. Panties, blonde wig and bonnet are replacements.

Condition: Good. Her body does have some crazing. Please see pictures. She also has a very small sliver missing from her lower eye. This doll has been in my collection for over 10 years and I never knew about her eye until I took her pictures. You can not see it without a loop.
