Early White Full Cotton Half Petticoat Circa 1920s

This early white full cotton half petticoat is machine made. It measures approximately 16 1/4" from banded waist to lace hemline with a 5 1/2" waist when laying flat. The petticoat has a tiny simple cotton scalloped lace trim. There are no closures in back.

Condition: Like new.
