Antique Hand Made Kid Leather Purse Circa 1900s

This purse is wonderful and all original. The purse actually came out of a trunk full of French doll clothing. The purse is made from soft kid leather. It measures 3" from east to west and 2 1/2" from north to south. The purse is trimmed in silk ivory twill. It has a flap snap closure. The snap is green and at one time actually matched the silk ribbon handle. When the purse is open you can see the inside two inside pockets has been sewn into the purse.

Condition: Used. The purse is faded. you can see that when the flap is open. The silk ribbon handle is shattered as you can clearly see in the pictures. Kid leather is very strong and usable.
