Vintage Hand Made Smaller Sailor Dress Circa 1970s

This cute little sailor dress is hand made and from the 1970s. The dress measures 9" from shoulder to hem line and 5" from under arm to under arm. The sleeve length is 4 1/2" long and when laying flat it measures 1 1/2" across. The dress closes in front with two hidden snaps. The dress is made of a sheer cotton with a red silk type thread trim.

Condition: Like new.
