Vintage White Stoneware Food Mold

This Vintage White Stoneware Food Mold has no factory marks but is is from the late 1880s to 1920s. It is a nice fluted shape with an oval recess in the top to hold sour cream or whatever you wish to serve with your molded food. Great for a molded Jello Salad with sour cream or molded fruit salad with whipped cream, the possibilities are endless, a very useful item. It measures 7 1/4 at the rim and stands 3 1/2" high, and is in very good condition except for a chip inside the foot and a little light crazing in the depression on the top outside and away from the food, so still very safe to use. A nice addition to a kitchen or mold collection.
