Ruby Glass Bud Vase with Enamel and Gold Decoration.

This attractive ruby glass bud vase is nicely shaped with a lavish use of gold around the foot and rim, and as a ground for the hand enameled flowers and scrolls. The flowers are tube lined to add dimension, and the scrolls and dots are also raised. This elegant trumpet vase has a flared rim and two knops on the stem. It is decorated in an art nouveau style with raised enameled flowers and leaves in pink, white, blue and green and lots of gold. It measures 8" tall and 2 1/4" across at the base. It is blown glass, and the condition is excellent, a lovely vase to hold a single Rose, or to just display alone.
