Black Memorabilia Birthday Card with Golliwog, Teddy, Panda and Dog

This is a delightful piece of black memorabilia from the 30s 0r 40s, is for a 4 year old, and features a colorful scene with a marching Golliwog in bright red pants and bow tie, with a green vest and striped jacket, and teddy bear riding on a yellow and red spotted horse and waving a flag. The Panda is wearing his smart red and white striped pants with blue suspenders, and even the dog is sporting a yellow scarf, under a large green 4 “Hooray”. Inside the Golliwog and teddy, have been joined by a happy clown and a toy soldier, who is conducting the musical group. The caption is “4 Today” and the verse is “ Let’s have a lovely party, Sing and dance and play, Sending all our love dear because you’re 4 today” It is from England, and measures 4 1/4” by 4 3/4” and is in excellent, unused condition, with colors as bright as the day it was made. The back is marked with Ref.804, and a crinoline lady logo for Mia Cards. I have three others that are also very interesting, listed separately.
