Royal Albert Chintz Snack Set or Tea and Toast

This delightful English Chintz Snack Set, sometimes called a tea and toast, is in the Marina design by Royal Albert. It is a fine quality china with an all over design of colorful pink roses, yellow daisies, and other beautiful flowers in blue, and orange, with black and gray accents. The softly scalloped rim is trimmed with gold, and so is the foot, inner and outer rim and the pretty handle of the cup. The tray measures 8 1/4” across, and has an indent to hold the elegant, footed cup. The condition is excellent, with nice fresh colors and no fading. A lovely set that will bring you pleasure every time you use it, although I don’t think this has ever been used. It has the Royal Albert, Bone china, mark, used by Thomas C. Wild, in Longton, Staffordshire, England, in 1945. A lovely addition to any collection, and one you will be proud to display.
