This lovely Covered Dresser Jar or Pin Dish, is beautifully decorated with a gorgeous Poppy in subtle shades of peach and yellow, with a hint of green. It has very well shaped petals and excellent detail in the center, with each stamen clearly defined. This was made in the Edwardian period, by Reinhold Schlegelmilch, in Tillowitz, Silesia, with their R S Germany C1910. It is a good quality porcelain, and in very good condition, except for a tiny 1/2" long hairline in the glaze, it does not go through into the porcelain, and it is priced accordingly. This lovely piece measures2 7/8" across, and stands 2 1/4" high, perfect to hold rings and other small pieces of jewelry, on your dresser or vanity.
