Antique Staffordshire Muffineer or Sugar Shaker with Violets

This beautiful Victorian Sugar Shaker or Muffineer, is decorated with scattered Violet Flowers and leaves, which are repeated in the border around the neck. It features a brass domed top with shaped piercings, and an attractively shaped finial. This lovely old piece of Victorian porcelain is unmarked except for a very faint 500 on the bottom, but would appear to be an old Staffordshire piece from the late 1800s. It stand 5 1/2" tall by 2 7/8" wide and is in excellent condition with no damage of any sort. A lovely piece to add to your breakfast table or for dusting powder on your vanity.
