This vintage, travel style mirror is advertising a product called Newbro's Herbicide which it says; Kills the Dandruff Germ. The advertising is etched on the front of the mirror which is set in an old cream colored celluloid frame. The frame has a solid back so the mirror is not removable. On the back is an easel style bracket made of steel which is hinged so it can be folded down. This may have been for traveling purposes or may have simply been a means of simplified shipping to get your product name in front of potential customers. It may have been sent to barber shops as an advertising campaign.
The frame measures almost 3" wide by 4 1/4" high and 1/4" thick without the stand. It is in very nice condition with a slight bit of warpage to the edges of the celluloid and a little bit of discoloration along the very edge of the mirror.
The pictures are not shown at actual size. Please refer to the description for actual measurements.
