Old, State of Idaho Road Map - 1955

This old travel map of Idaho is certainly aimed at the tourist and in particular the sportsman. On one side of the folded map is a fishing rod and it reads; Visit All of Idaho. The topographical side of the opened map has a listing of Idaho Highlights and also shows that the Official Highway Map was issued by the Idaho Dept. of Highways with a 1955 copyright by Rand McNally. The other side of the opened map has photo insets showing some of the beautiful places in Idaho. It also has a mileage chart, highlights about fishing and hunting in the state including license fees and a map with Points of Interest.

Opened fully it measures about 18 ¼” by 27” and in its closed state it measures about 3 7/8” by 9 1/8”. It is in good condition with minor edge tears and wear.

The pictures are not shown at actual size. Please refer to the description for actual measurements.
