Old, Heisey Orchid Etch on Waverly - Individual Cream & Sugar Set

This beautiful little cream and sugar set is in the Heisey #1519 Waverly pattern decorated with the #507 Orchid design that was produced by the Heisey company from 1940 through 1957. The etching is quite beautiful with the orchids surrounded by delicate flowers. They have the decorative edging and distinctive handles of the lovely Waverly pattern and the bases have the older round shape. This is the smaller set which was called the Individual Cream and Sugar. They must have had paper labels as I cannot see the Diamond H trademark of A.H. Heisey & Co. of Newark, Ohio.

The creamer measures about 3 1/8" high at the spout and the sugar measures just shy of that. They are both in very good condition with no chips, cracks or other damage. There is a flaw on the underside of the creamer spout. It looks like a piece of tape but it won’t come off and I think it is a manufacturing flaw. I have pictured it in the close-up photo.

The pictures are not shown at actual size. Please refer to the description for actual measurements.
