This wide band is made of 14k gold. It was made using the lost wax method and has a slightly geometric yet free form design. Turning the ring slightly on the hand produces a different view of the design so it’s like having several rings in one. The band is stamped 14K inside as shown in the photos. This was made by an Idaho artist in the 1970's. It would be an attractive and unique wedding band.
It measures about 5/16” wide and it measures about a size 3 on my ring mandrel. The total weight is a little shy of 2.5 dwt. or a little over 3.5 grams. It is in very good condition with minimal wear.
