Two Old Postcards, Humorous Military - Colorful and Never Used

These vintage postcards are from a series of military humor. They both have a linen texture, and are about the perils of Navy life.

On one, the head officer is telling the sailor to turn his pants around regardless of the fact that he has taken castor oil. At the bottom it reads; NV-32 with a MWM copyright.

The other features a knee-slapping woman at the helm of a small sailboat. The sailor on board appears to be quite seasick. Across the top it reads; So- you can’t take it! The design is signed by Walt Munson.

No stamp, postmark or correspondence on the back of either. They measure roughly 3 1/2” by 5 1/2” and are very good condition with minimal edge wear.

Priced and sold as the pair (2).

The pictures are not shown at actual size. Please refer to the description for actual measurements.
