Old Birthday Angel for October with Halloween Theme

This vintage angel is for those born in October. The cute little girl is dressed in a white dress trimmed with porcelain spaghetti “fur” and decorated with gold accents. A pink bow is on the side of her skirt. In her hands is a black and yellow mask for a Halloween party or masquerade ball. Her halo is shiny gold and there are gold accents on the front of her wings. Across the front of the base it reads; October Angel. Any stamp on the bottom is obscure except for the design number A1370. There is also part of a foiled paper, Napco - Japan label on the bottom. I would assume she is from the 1950’s.

She measures about 4 ¼” tall and is in very good condition with minimal wear and no damage.
