Old, Four Leaf Clover, Frankoma Dish - Flame Glaze for a Colorful Accent Piece

This bowl was made by the Frankoma Potteries of Oklahoma. It is called a 6" Ashtray in the 1966 catalog but would make a nice candy or condiment dish. The color is called Flame and originally cost 50% more than the standard colors. Inside it is a glossy, vibrant red orange over the Sapulpa clay. The outside is a rich chocolate brown glaze. On the bottom is the Frankoma name and the design number 223.

It measures about 6 3/8" at the widest point and 1 1/2" high and is in very good condition showing almost no wear.

The pictures are not shown at actual size. Please refer to the description for actual measurements.
