Old R.S. Germany Basket - Hand Painted

This pretty little porcelain basket is from the Reinhold Schlegelmilch factories. It is hand painted with what appear to be blueberries or possibly grapes. It is a pale green wash over the white porcelain with a stronger pattern on one end and a lesser design at the other end. The handle runs at an angle over the oblong dish. On the bottom is the blue, under glaze RS Germany wreath mark identified as Mark 8 in Mary Frank Gaston's Collector's Encyclopedia of R.S. Prussia. It is also marked with the impressed "Germany" and is artist signed.

It measures about 5 3/4" long by about 3 1/4" by 2 1/2" high. It is in very good condition minimal wear and no damage.
