This vintage, oversized matchbook advertising the Cock ‘n‘ Bull Room has great graphics. The cover on the “striking“ side reads; Lande’s of Denver, A Place for the Discriminating. The back side has a rooster and a bull, seated at a bar, sharing drinks and a lobster. It has three locales listed; the Rika Room, the Jungle Room and the Cock ’N’ Bull Room. Inside the large matches have advertising repeating most of the information that is shown on the outside. The inside flab has the head of a camel with big tears saying; I wish I weren’t so far from Lande’s.
The matchbook in its closed state measures about 4 3/16” by 3 3/8” and is in very nice, unused condition with minimal edge wear. The matches look a little soiled wear the black of the inside cover has rubbed off.
