This vintage, Lucite perfume bottle with a geometric, deco shape was made by the Evans company. The clear, triangular plastic has a black center core with a single yellow colored flower in the bottom. Although there is only one flower, the angles create an illusion of several flowers depending on your point of view. It has a brass colored screw on cap with what appears to be the original cloth covered rubber ball attached to it. On the bottom is a paper label that reads; Evans Atomizers, Inc. - Brooklyn, 21 N.Y.. The lid on its original box reads; Evans Atomizers, Inc. on the top and the end panel reads; Arlene Atomizer - No. A3 Black - Well with a stamped description “Yellow”.
It measures about 2 7/8” to the top of the cap with the bulb extending above that. It is in very good condition with minimal wear and very faint rub marks on the Lucite. The rubber bulb is still pliable and it does produce a puff of air when squeezed. The box measures about 3 ¼” by 4 ¼” by 1 3/16” and is in nice condition with light edge and corner wear and a few small stains on the bottom. There is no liner in the box which it may have had originally.
