1935 Watkins Advertising Almanac

This old booklet is a 1935 Almanac and Home Book of Useful Information offered by the J.R. Watkins Company. The cover features a cute picture of a little girl looking through the bathroom cabinet full of Watkins products and checking her almanac to find a remedy for her ailing dog. The 46 pages are full of the typical information you'd expect to find in an almanac plus lots of helpful first aid and good health hints. The center pages feature the Watkins line from cleaning products and personal care items to kitchen products and medical remedies. The inside of the front cover shows the "Watkins City" and the inside of the back cover shows some of the animal care products and fly sprays.

It measures about 5 9/16" by 8" and is in fairly nice condition. The cover is creased and lightly soiled and has edge wear. There is a hole punched in the upper left corner which may or may not be original.

The pictures are not shown at actual size. Please refer to the description for actual measurements.
