Old, Japanese, Celluloid Wind Up Drumming Bear

This brightly colored, vintage celluloid teddy bear plays his drum when wound by the attached key. His arms move up and down and his drumsticks tap against the parchment of his drum while his mouth opens and closes. He is a bright pink-orange-red color with painted eyes and nose and large bow tie. His pants are made of crepe paper! He was made to lean back slightly apparently to counter the weight of the drum. On his back he is marked with a triangle logo and Japan. It is a pre-war piece with the sticker on the bottom of his right foot.

It measures about 6 1/8" tall and is in very good and working condition. The celluloid is in very good condition with no cracks or splits. There is a blemish on his left wrist and a small crease on the back side of his left arm between the two metal tabs.
