These cute vintage baby slippers are made of a felt and are trimmed with white rabbit fur. They have stitched eyelets but no ribbons or laces. They are made of 100% Wool according to the original label inside one shoe. It also reads; Baby Deer - Made in U.S.A. - Trimfoot Co. - Farmington, Mo. And a patent number that would date them to 1941.
The soles measure about 4 3/8" long by about 2" wide across the ball of the foot and they're about 2 ¼" high with the fur. They are in very nice condition with minimal to no wear. As previously mentioned, they have no laces or ribbons.
These little shoes come in an old Trimfoot box that has a deer on the lid and an original price tag of $1.85 on the end. The box measures about 4" by 6" by 2 5/8". The lid has a crushed, torn corner and the bottom of the box has stains.
