Old Porcelain Pin Tray Souvenir of the St. Louis Expo

This little tray would probably have been used as a vanity pin tray. It is a vintage souvenir piece featuring the United States Government Building at the 1904 St. Louis Exposition and is done in sort of a brown tone on the white porcelain which has a relief design and faint gold embellishments as well. On the back it is marked; Victoria - Carlsbad - Austria.

It measures about 3 3/8" wide by 4 1/8" and is in generally good condition with no damage to the porcelain, however the gold is quite worn, luckily the line drawing of the building, fountain and people is still quite good. There is a little stain in the upper right where this may have been used as an ashtray once.
