Old Hand Braided Horsehair Bolo Tie

This is a nice looking piece made of woven horse hair. It is made mostly of a dark, almost black, braided hair with white contrasting tassels and the knot cluster has both colors. It has an adjustable slide. It has been suggested that this could be used as a hat band but since the ends go the same direction and don't cross, I tend to think the tie is a better description but the buyer is the ultimate decision on this.

Doubled, it measures about 17 ½" long. It is in nice condition with light wear. There are two places where the hair seems to be damaged, the worst is at the back of the neck which is shown in the photos. The other is along the side and is very slight.

The pictures are not shown at actual size. Please refer to the description for actual measurements.
