Old Frankoma Mallard Planter - Brown Satin Glaze

This attractive duck vase was made by the Frankoma Potteries of Oklahoma. This was called the Mallard Planter and was first introduced in 1962. I believe this is their Brown Satin glaze over the red Sapulpa clay. On the bottom it is stamped FRANKOMA and the design number 208.

It measures about 11 1/2" long. It is in very good condition showing no wear. It has felt pads on the bottom but one is gone. I don't know if they were original or not.

The pictures are not shown at actual size. Please refer to the description for actual measurements.
