This vintage postcard was "Taken from an original oil painting by the noted cowboy artist and poet L.H. "Dude" Larsen. In a comical manner, it features a man being thrown from his bucking horse. In the background, the barn reads; Dude's Taught Here. It has a linen texture and 1940 copyright date. On the back it has a stamp, 1941 postmark and correspondence.
It measures 3 ½" by 5 9/16" and is in fair condition with edge and corner wear and some soiling. There is also a partial postmark on the left edge of the front and some paper/glue residue on the back.
