I believe this glass light shade is a vintage Holophane made by the Heisey company. Around the neck it is marked; Pagoda Pat. June 28, '04. It has vertical ridges to a scalloped, slightly turned in edge. The band near the top has horizontally ribs on the outside and vertically ribs on the inside. This would work nicely on a bridge lamp or sconce.
It is made for a standard 2 ¼" shade holder and the outside diameter of the necks measures about 2 3/16". The bottom diameter measures about 6 ½" and it is approximately 3 ¼" high. It is in good condition with minimal wear. There is roughness around the inside edge and top of the neck.
