This small pottery bowl was apparently made by the Peters and Reed Pottery Company of Zanesville, Ohio. I believe this is from the Pereco line. It has a creamy semi matte glaze over a deep red clay with soft green highlights. The design is repeated four times around the slightly flared bowl which has a strong arts & crafts feel. The bottom has four small, molded feet and what appears to be an incised design number, perhaps 60 something or something 09.
It measures about 2 1/4" high and just over 5" in diameter and is in very good condition with minimal wear and no chips, cracks or other damage.
