Old Art Tile with Colorful Cow and Spilt Milk

Perhaps this decorative tile is meant to be Mrs. O'Leary's cow only in this case it appears to be a pail of milk that has been kicked over. There is a small pile of hay in front of the a black and white cow which adds to the color. On the back is a paper sticker that reads; Hand painted - The Painting Loft - Carl & Vicki Pence - Hailey, Idaho. It is mounted in its original oak frame and would be nice hung, used as a trivet, or placed on an easel, especially in the kitchen. I believe this is from the 1980's.

The tile portion measures about 5 7/8" square and overall, with the frame it measures about 7 ½" square It is in very good condition with minimal wear.
