Old, Romney Dairy, Half Pint Milk Bottle w- Pyroglazed Advertising

This vintage, glass milk bottle was from Romney Dairy of West Virginia. The side opposite of the dairy name has a young boy drinking a glass of milk and it reads;. Try Our Chocolate Drink - Serve Hot or Cold. The red applied color is referred to as pyroglaze. The size; Half Pint is embossed along the lower edge of one side with other information on the bottom edge of the other sides. On the bottom, embossed in script is; Duraglas, a term used by the Owens-Illinois Glass Company. I believe this is from the late 1940's or early 50's.

It measures about 5 ½" high and almost 2 ½" square at the bottom. It is in good condition with minimal wear and no damage.

The pictures are not shown at actual size. Please refer to the description for actual measurements.
