Old Crocheted Potholders - 2 Pairs, Red & White
These vintage potholders are nicely hand crafted. They are crocheted with fine thread in decorative shapes. The first pair looks like little jackets or kimonos. They are tied at the "neck" and have tied bows near the bottom holding the front and back together. There is a small plastic ring at the top for hanging. These measure 5 3/4" square.
The second pair give the impression of bells with a crocheted loop at the top for hanging. They measure about 6 3/8" from the top of the loop and 6 1/2" at the widest point.
These are from the 1940's or 1950's and all four pieces are in very good condition. The colors are crisp and they show no signs of use.
