Old Scrap / Photograph Book with Waterwheel on Cover

This is a nice vintage scrap book with a decorative, embossed front cover. It reads; Photographs along the right side and has a nice multicolored scene of a house and waterwheel on the padded, textured brown cover. It has a plain, textured brown back and is filled with approximately 40 black sheets of which more than half have never been used. It is held together by a cord that runs through the eyelets and ties in the front. There are eyelets on the front cover only. It's a nice piece for photos, postcards or other paper memorabilia.

It measures about 10 3/8" by 13 3/8" and is in fairly nice condition with light wear. The corners and the folding seam show the most wear. The inside sheets are clean and even the ones with glued on picture corners are not written on.
