Old Advertising Dish from Ketchum Idaho - Christiania Restaurant
This little piece of pottery is advertising the Christiania Restaurant in Ketchum, Idaho, a long time hang out of Ketchum and Sun Valley residents and visitors. It looks like a little Mexican pot with a short handle. It is made of a red clay which is glazed except for the bottom. This may have been used as a little sauce dish or perhaps an ashtray.
It measures about 3 7/8" in diameter with the over all width including the handle being 5 1/2". It sits about 1 1/4" off the table. It is in very good condition with no damage.
The pictures are not shown at actual size. Please refer to the description for actual measurements.
