Man's 14k Gold & Palladium Diamond Ring - 1.85 Carat

This is a striking, vintage, man's diamond ring with a classic design and impressive diamond. The mounting is two-toned. The outside edges are yellow and the center portion of the band including the prongs is white. This can be seen in the photos. Inside the band is stamped 14K-PALL. which stands for 14 karat gold & palladium. The prongs could be the only palladium as this was a common material to use for prongs. The white of the band could be either 14k white gold or palladium. The ring weight is approximately 8.1 dwt. Set in the four prongs is a round cut diamond that measures 8.00mm by 7.80mm by 4.86mm deep and has an approximate weight of 1.85 carats. It has an approximate clarity of VVS1 and approximate M-N color. It has been recently appraised by a gemologist to determine the facts as given.

The band measures about 7/16" wide on the top and 1/4" wide on the palm side. It measures between a 10 1/2 & 11 on my ring mandrel.
