Old Frankoma Planter - Oblong, Brown Satin
This simple planter was made by the Frankoma Potteries of Oklahoma. In their catalog it was simply called their Oblong Planter and was produced from 1955 to 1978. I believe this is the Brown Satin glaze over the red Sapulpa clay. On the bottom is the Frankoma name and the design number 45.
It measures about 13 " long by 3 3/4" wide by 3 1/8" high. It is in very good condition showing almost no wear.
