Old Good Year Tires Celluloid Advertising Tape Measure

This vintage celluloid tape measure is advertising Good Year and the Love Tire Shop of Cherokee, Iowa whose phone number was "3". It is bright yellow and was made by the Parisian Novelty Company of Chicago. There is a locking mechanism on the side along with the patent information, the last patent date being 1947.

The celluloid is nice condition with almost no wear. The yellow cloth tape is in good condition with slight fraying at the beginning and pulls out and retracts well. It measures about 1 3/8" in diameter.
