Old Heisey Compote Dish with Rib & Panel Design
This elegant pedestal compote was made by the Heisey Glass company and bears its H within a diamond trademark in the bottom of the bowl. This is the #411 Rib and Panel design with pronounced ribs and wide panels on the outside of the bowl and on the base. It can be used for all sorts of serving needs like candies, nuts or even sauces.
The bowl measures about 6 5/16" in diameter and 2" deep and the overall height is about 6 5/8". It is in very good condition with minimal wear and no damage. There is a mold crease in the bottom of the bowl which can be seen near the trademark, this is a manufacturing mark and not damage.
