Old Razor Blade Sharpening Stone - Koken's Moor

This decorative vintage honing stone for sharpening razor blades is ornately embossed on the front. In script it reads; Koken's "Moor" with a detailed portrait of a man. It is beautifully done and is like a piece of art. I don't know what it is made of but it has a very smooth finish and could be soapstone.

It measures about 3 7/8" by 2" by 7/16" and is in nice condition with minor wear. There are a couple of chips on the top edge and two on the back side.
