Old Southern Belle Figural Napkin Ring

This unusual ceramic piece is an old napkin ring in the shape of a lady in a ruffled dress and bonnet. Behind her large dress is the large round opening where a napkin would be placed. She is quite colorful and has a high gloss glaze. On the bottom it is marked; Made in Japan.

It measures about 4 1/4" high and is in very good condition with minimal wear and no damage.
